Property Condition Assessments Facility Condition Assessments
There are typically two types of property condition reports (PCRs) and we can do both.
Equity reports focus on immediate repairs and deferred maintenance that may impact the value of the asset.
Debt reports focus on repairs and maintenance.
We perform a visual inspection of the subject property(s) and building(s) and tailor the report to your needs. A property condition assessment is often used as a baseline report for future upgrades and investments to the subject property or even a baseline prior to leasing out a building or space.
What We Report

• Current Condition of the Building • Mechanical Systems • Property Deficiencies •
•Deferred Maintenance that may impact the value of the asset (equity reports)
• Remaining Useful Life • Repair or Replacement Costs •
We can also include recommendations for potential future expenses.
All reports include:
• Photo documentation • Review of available documents •
• Interviews with knowledgeable individuals •
Our reports are based on the common ASTM 2018-15 Commercial Inspection Standards.
